The Group currently includes eleven anaesthetists and four secretarial staff. Lancet Pty Ltd, a management company, owns the rooms (recently refurbished), employs the staff and provides services to the anaesthetists who practice as individuals. In a unique arrangement workload is shared to cover the elective commitments as well as the after hours on-call responsibilities. Anaesthesia services are provided to over 50 surgeons and other specialist medical providers.
